1. No, I dont have the financial model. NPV just runs for as many years as required until the future cashflows are discounted down to zero. We dont even know what the discount rate used is yet (assume 8 - 10%).
2. No, but id be extremely surprised if they weren't current prices or mostly likely higher (like everyone else uses in feasibility studies).
3. Of course, but it also could do worse and they have included no contingency funds in the calculation either. How long is a piece of string. Thats the idea of a discount rate in the NPV model, discounting for future uncertainly of cashflows.
And I agree, dont mind the strategy at all, just dont like the disingenuous posts trying to suck others in by saying this is somehow going to be a billion dollar cobalt giant upon relisting with a small plant and third party ore. Same stuff over at VEC being pumped to the high heavens with lofty price targets for when it started trading again...
