Herty, the ASX has NOT refused admission, this is a disclaimer that I would say every company in suspension puts on there announcements, all the ASX has asked for is certain requirements be met prior to readmission, no biggie and I think there is only 1 more to go, that being the partners books that had to be audited, this started late December or early January, must be close as well,
