We have 3 more payments of $500k to come out for the acquisition which is self funded from free cash flows. Optimisation plans continue for the next few months, drilling is done in Q3 which is funded from free cashflows, options exercised in Q4 on what is hoped to be successful drilling. IMO, options will be in the money regardless for drilling and based on the current field production.

My thoughts are that Tino doesn't want any more dilution to the company (apart from the options). This is the benefit of management having lots and lots of skin in the game. A pragmatic, sensible, cash management approach is taken.

Although, i wont say no to dividends!!! lol.

the drilling needs to be fast tracked to ensure the options come into play or these will become worthless as no use drilling 2 weeks before they expire.
