this just suggests that CEC know the project is not and will not be viable - why else would they renegotiate on the on the same terms to JAL, yet forgo the C$3.1m and additional shares to CEC. This new agreement gives CEC a saving on holding costs and JAL gets to pretend there's something in Basin for 12 more moths.
