    Hi Joe

    Sorry for your loss. I too averaged down (in the past) and paid as low as 3.8 cents. I also participated in the SPP. This gave me an average of 5.4 cents (1,000,000 shares) as I went big. Spent a total of $54k but then had a chance to sell out at 39 cents. I'm now back in as I think this will fly. Good luck with your future investment
