I think there is a fair chance that it was going to be the good news Strat. They would certainly have been aware of it being available nd would surely have been interested. The purchase would have been manageable and it would have had a meaningful impact on reserves, production, and cash flow. It might even have woken up the share price... Got to hope that the current market throws up more opportunities like this.
