The Tindalo drill was a problem child commercial duster (18,000bbls oil but uncontrolled water). NDO were the operators and where the buck stopped (no major j.v.partners to rely on for advice). NDO are the tech.operators of Baragatan but would have Dragon as drill managers to rely on for first call advice. So we are in a better position on this one.
After Tindalo, I have been a bit paranoid about silence when problems arise.
