don't think it is being capped at around $5.87 bigtime....
just a case of pure economics....if the deal goes thru, the buyer gets an assured 30c from this price....the seller is selling today at this discount becasue he knows he is not going to get a cent over $6.20 in a few weeks....so based on this, it has settled on this rate....
until a new bid comes in, this will trade in this range only....
I will not be surprised if we see someone else sniffing around....
