I've just listened to the presentation and it clearly appears aimed at presenting the big picture where NCM is heading, without individual mine specifics - save for saying what qualifies as a Tier 1 mine by their measurement.
In that context, sounds like they have their act together and will become/retain the title of a powerhouse top world class gold miner. That's my summation ...
