I'll buy at any CR. Toads not getting my entitlement. As for stalling, I doubt it. I think we'll look around & it'll be mining time with a sudden announcement that we've got a partner. He's got to keep moving cause he has too many $millions sitting idle. He'll have shareholders to satisfy too. DYOR.
