i comment now and again just how I see the emotional roller coaster - without being steamed 

its beyond that .  When you have held a position

for the entire life of the company - since the RTO of GAL.  You have seen it all , and not flustered by a bullish announcement or the continued hurdles we face .

its constructive criticism that the company needs to address .  .

And reflecting on the illusion we were initially presented with gives us a better idea and scrutiny if the current status is accurate or still fluff.
