I think this falls into the category of s*** happens - we don't want it to happen but it does. In some ways as much as we hate it it is better for this to happen now rather than be in full production with all those contracts to meet. Hopefully things will get futher ironed out now and where possible appropriate backups options are available to be implemented quicker in the future.
