I see, I always thought that they never released penalities in the announcements because they were commercially sensitive. On the other hand, larger coorperations such as BHP don't usually disclose this type of stuff either though. So I guess my question is do miners (i know you said junior graphite miners but what about others?) actually disclose that stuff? if so, could you provide an example?
