don't mean to be negative, but there is nothing 'mere' about DERM's evaluation process. take a look at what has happened to CXY and CNX. there are others too.... DERM has no regard for the effect that they can have on a company's success and do not understand the need for urgency in determining the situation in a timely manner. in fact they are notorious for extending, and extending, and asking for more info, etc, etc.

the only bright side is that with a new government in qld, maybe things will go more smoothly. i hope so.
