re: Ann: MOO: Baal Gammon Bond lodged & Strea... the responsibility lies with the leaseholder, which is Monto, however, Kagara had a responsibility to Monto to pay the bond to the government as they were mining on the lease. Government sues monto, monto sues kagara, kagara would lose as they actually were the operators, two sets of court costs and still have to pay the bond as they have lost.....
plus probable damages to monto for breaking operating agreement
easier just to stump up
