I'd agree with you if AZS were just a bunch of losers with no idea about geology and exploration.
But that's clearly not the case, is it?
We're prisoner of our own success over Alacran. Teck buying back in means we had to find another project.
I agree Promontorio was a disappointment, to the extent that we haven't got a JV partner to take over.
While that could change,we have plenty of other things happening.
On the strength of AZS;s reputation, they received over 60 offers when they put it out there that they wanted new projects. That's a colossal number which included quality projects.
We are now diversified. Why do you think we aren't moving towards becoming a diversified producer?
Rarely do exploration stocks go straight from discovery to production, without periods of difficulty. We have had the market go sour on explorers. Survived that. AZS was smart enough to select a variety of minerals exposure, not just one.
I think it's a bit rough to imply that AZS is just a lifestyle company and isn't serious about getting into production. There is plenty of evidence that they are.
If you are convinced the company's prospects haven't improved, perhaps you really should move on and not spend the time whingeing. This is just churn. Sometimes people will make emotive posts to get cheap shares. It's always difficult to work out if they're genuine or not.
