I believe the fact is the elephant in the room so to speak is that NWE need to restructure - do the pain/gain of a recon. At least 10 for 1. Too many shares out there. Not enough concrete evidence yet about Xanadu reserves- Hype just won't buy it. If they do strike it rich they don't have the capacity to stump up and pay for rigs, development, infrastructure etc. going forward. They just don't have the money/cash to develop.
