AWE hasn't got the money to buy out ORG or ORG's Newco
Best outcome would be that the Newco takeover AWE
An offer at 60cps would probably succeed
of course the Newco assets might be bought up before it gets to the IPO stage
Anyway whichever entity ends up with the ORG newco assets
should gobble up the struggling AWEsome one as well
