very simplistic was of looking at it. do you know know what the toll rate is to get gas from offshore to domestic market and the benefit of infrascture that is close buy and doesnt have to be built.
2020 may be a long way or you but i assure you for a energy company or gas wholesaler/ retailer that timeframe is tomorrow
