Directors are in a bit of a panic
They the leaders have directed that you accept the Mitsui offer
They think they are leading but no one following
Lead By Example now they think - as they have committed all their shares to the bid
You would think 50.1% is a pretty low bar to jump
Maybe some Easter holiday cheer will get the hold-outs to do as they have been told
A lot must think that 95cps is not enough considering the Waitsia surprise
