    BPT prefers a joint venture partner with strong balance sheet. AWE has a weak balance sheet.
    It is a joint marketing of gas in Waitsia. But BPT will insist that their 50% share of gas be handled by BPT if it is in BPT’s interest to do so.
    BPT has no intention of buying everything that is for sale in the oil and gas sector.
