Hi Daz, there's a lot more to them than swapping Australia's traffic lights to LED. Their website (http://www.trafficltd.com.au/) is worth a look as is the FY 18 results presentation. They are still growing in Australia, the most recent contract win will increase their profits and there is potential to expand overseas.

If they were to simply sell they company privately, it would be very surprising if they couldn't demand quite a lot more than the current market cap. So on that basis alone they look quite undervalued.
