Fair comments. We are on the same page generally, and believe in AVZ going forward.

This is a strategic resource, and sometimes the best way forward is to kick down doors. Absolutely management should be front and centre on the strategy and execution IMO. That time would be FAR better spent than speculative investor dinners at hotels. This is a once in a century, career-making, region building, asset. This is not the time to send lackies, sucking off the company teet, to 'have a go'.
