SPP shares were hitting the market today as announced on 25 February 2019.

Today's announcement, "
The Placement has been completed at 3.8¢ per share being the same price as under the SPP and 257 million new shares will be issued under the Company’s 15% placement capacity (ASX Listing Rule 7.1)" Apart from $4m placement to Chinese, others would be placed via Patersons as they are the lead manager.

We should see a 3B form first before the new shares hitting the market, imo.
