re: Ann: AVX: Avexa's Proposed Merger wit... What are the implications of this for the PGL sp? Given that the sp tumbled when the deal was announced there might be some recovery but that depends upon what other plans PGL have for their cash. The buy-back associated with the merger will be shelved.
