PGL holders were annoyed that their expected share buyback disappeared before their eyes, AVX holders were upset with the valuation put on AVX by the merger. Lots of unhappy campers.
I wonder what big fat salary Drona managed to draw while masterminding this debacle? It might be an idea to leave his time at AVX off his CV altogether, eh?
