    re: Ann: Avexa's Proposed Merger with Pro... On this one, I would think that PGL is the one to blame. They are the ones who haven't been able to manage their shareholders. They will have done a terrible job, between the mess around their PI-88 and the failure of the merger.

    Where Drona will be to blame is if there is no plan B.
