Fair call & thanks for the effort ( learning something for me at the cost of putting a thought forward to see it tested ), but still something to consider in this day & age, especially in light of Vale’s recent tailings dam headaches.
The fortune bit is still easily debatable- I’m sure Townsville ratepayers etc will pay more over time so again, fair call but beware the water ( tailings ), issue. It always ends up somewhere & can have wide ranging impacts or perceived impacts.
