Splitting up the finance into stages would be fantastic if it can be pulled off. Consider this scenario.
-Finance package planned out, SP rises as a result of an iron clad plan
-First wave of debt comes in and gets the groundworks started, SP rises as building has begun
-Final equity component comes in after the SP has risen, minimising dilution
I think we all agree we do not want several hundred million dollars worth of dilution hitting us while we're at this low SP.
