To reduce CAPEX would mean get cheaper quotes, cheaper labour, cheaper parts and equipment..
Which in the Long run causes more OPEX costs due to maintenance budgets blowing out due to continues repairs on parts..
All costings for the current estimated costs have been based of the best quotes for work to date... with reliable and reputable companies in the mining and construction sector. Also factoring in local businesses for FNQ to utilise their business and supply.
