It Is pretty simple isn't it, you raise at 2.9c and you must expect the market to bring you down to that level. Its pretty clear looking at the numerous small capital raises that have taken place in the battery materials spec end of the market over the last couple of years, what has happened to the share price here is completely consistent with all the other capital raisings elsewhere.

is the price struck for the raise a fair indication of market value? Not sure about that, you have a motivated/desperate borrower and relaxed cashed up lenders.

Nothing will move the price now apart from a significant announcement. Further drilling etc. announcements without something showing some real progress in North Queensland won't help and will just further test the market's tolerance.
