So at least $400,000 a month just to keep the directors etc going.
Last year ended with $600,000 in the bank.

We are 2 mths in to the year. 2 x 4 tells me that at least some of the current CR is already spent before it hits the company’s accounts.

Some might start to see the reasoning behind raising $10 instead of $5, or not.

$400,000 a mth just for the office. At least 7 mths till there is hope of financing.
7 x 4 minus whatever backpay for February tells me there is only $1-2 million left for everything else & of course we see a divided focus yet again.

Considering all that I’d ask ‘what is achievable with a maximum of $2million over the next 7 mths which would make a lender more interested than they are today?’

The concern some will rightly have right now is how many shares are sitting with a stop loss set lower than say 3.2cents? Those shares will automatically be thrown on the sell pile if that price comes along.

**we can’t forget that it was $5,000,000 before costs so a few bucks have to come off that before the cash moves at all. In the grand scheme of things of course it’s probably peanuts but when you’re in this kind of cash position & have just upset some holders by undercutting their holdings?
Every penny counts.
