Proof is in the pudding with EV's, after you drive one, you won't want to get back in a normal car. (if you can afford one) Prices however, will become more and more affordable in time especially if gov gives incentives which should help drive the conversion. My buddy comes home from work in his Tesla and plugs it into his home sola battery charging station. Fantastic!
