    But I'm "SK" buying the "vehicle" I have money!.......you have the vehicle unrestored and needs A LOT $$$ spent to get it running.
    The "car firm" AUZ has NO money to restore the vehicle "build the mine". Me "SK" know that from doing due diligence that the car firm AUZ doesn't have the money to restore it, hence why would I give you a deposit for some metal that cannot be used.....seeing that you don't have the money (even with deposit) to complete the vehicle. 
    So the "car firm" AUZ  was happy to take "SK" purchase contract (with conditions) with NO deposit down for this million dollar vehicle....and "SK" will wait to see if  AUZ can restore it first. aimo....glta
