Are you that naive to think that $5mill will get them anywhere with their current spend and inflated roster?
Of course they'll need to raise again (before anything to do with funding) - the point is, it's almost always beneficial to raise as much as possible here and now rather than dilute in the future at an even more ridiculous price.
