Whereas I agree SK haven't made a financial commitment they do certainly need a large supply of Nickel and Cobalt. There haven't as yet been any indication they've been able to source this requirement at scale anywhere else or within the timeframe needed (notwithstanding the small processing companies they currently deal with for their current operations - but they too need to source raw materials...)
So if they want AUZs minerals and they want them on time then they are probably going to have to help get the ball rolling with cash or finance assistance pretty soon...
