Once sales start happening (they haven't yet) they will have a tendency to snowball through:
1. Generational change: Old baby boomers and their attitudes and approaches move on.
2. Competitive pressure: "The other labs have one and are stealing our market share, so we have to have one too, so we'll just have sack a few expensive baby boomer microbiologists"
if you're impatient and don't like the timeline, sell them to me.
