Fully agree the USA is the main game, you fail there, you fail overall. The diversion into AUST and CANADA will only suck up management resources and is an expensive exercise, thats the main problem. Management has pulled the wool over your eyes with the US Nielson stats, its meaningless unless it transfers to the bottom line and it simply does not. The last CR was to be used to drive marketing and advertising activity, instead its used to prop up management salaries and expensive travel for the fat cats.
