AIF Chairman Paul Espie "Anybody else who wants to pay a higher price is not prevented from coming in and doing so. There are Canadian pension funds who have been buying quality infrastructure assets in large amounts-and I'm not indicating anything there-and there are pools of cash and capital in Australia in the pension funds. But you would have to have an aggregation of several of them"
