I think based on available info, this is potentially transformational to the extent a decent find and flow rate an add cash flow that will add to future activity. I think the degree of oil saturation, the length of column etc suggests this find could be very valuable. even 500k recoverable barrles would justify a price of around 1/2-1.5 c
