I hear what you are saying @Autosime about your past experience with the company. I have been in share investing / trading for 40 years and know the risks involved.
As I posted earlier, It's a difference of opinion that makes the horse race...
I am looking at what they are doing NOW and 'If' they continue to do the right things then I will be an investor. Until then I will hold and watch their progress.
AKK positive points on restructuring of company
* Restructured the Balance Sheet to move the company forward
* Sold off non-core assets
* Reduced Bank Debt by USD$1. 5 million from selling off non-core assets
* Cash in bank for drilling
* Reduced expenses to be able to operate profitably at USD$30 p/bbl
* And now have a 'potentially' viable producing oil field discovery with oil around USD$50 p/bbl.
AKK has made positive steps to move the company forward, and only time will tell if they will be successful.
