Well done in closing the sale before April 23rd repayment date. Also well done that no fees were payable on the transaction (odd but have to let that pass).
So they got $945K and paid off the remaining $350K netting about $1.9M for the sale of their world class EFS and Mississippi properties, leaving them with Pathfinder and Kentucky and how much cash? Roughly $575K + cash on hand (in the bank and from Magna). Is that enough for 2 wells? Is the 2nd tranche from Magna coming?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but haven't AKK already made the "discovery" in the Pierre with the gusher well? How come they didn't change the game back then (rules changed no doubt).
