The story at the moment actually feels like a lot of co's thru out the world in the current climate
Building companies have down sized owners/directors are now project managers, project managers are now supervisers, supervises are now leading hands etc etc
I like the fact that this company appear to be going lean and are still drilling and striking oil, if they can weather a few more months, with a change in the oil pricing becoming more apparent , then a small upturn of as little as $4 or $5 per barrel will see them out the other side
