All you need is 2 combining factors and AKK will go crazy:
1) good oil flows from AKK.
2) OPEC agreement on oil fixing.
3) macro oil events lead to increased demand.
4) Sustained under investment leading to shortage.
5) Shale oil land grab (happening now)
6) war in Middle East.
I'm betting at least two of these things will happen!
All that is required is a little patience!
