Just in response to the "Why do they keep referring to only first well"
If they are trying to acquire more land (which they just have), if the second two wells are good and they let everyone know wouldn't that push the price of the land up they are trying to acquire? So it would have been in their best interest to say as little about these other two wells as possible. If these two wells were crap maybe they would have talked more about them to push down the price of the land they just acquired? Just a thought...
