New corporation as of Jun 8, 2016. Nothing known about their capital structure or how much capital they have to do anything (old hands would remember the GSA - as in Gas Sales America - at the time of the Hz well and the Wet Gas as they were going to put a fractionation plant onsite, and then of course Pierre Energy Ventures who were going to provide drilling capital). It's probably different this time ....
