Ands, I wouldn't work in or for a company I don't believe in. But I can certainly understand why management keep this ticking along - because their salaries are dependent on it. The problem is not that they are a start-up where it is understandable that investors fund working capital while management get the company cash flow positive. These guys have had 8 years and $70M of investor funding - they are no longer a start-up and shouldn't be treated like one.
And I don't invest in or trade blue chips so why would I invest in BHP or RIO?
