$6m is for drilling/ completion costs only and doesn't include admin/ overheads etc. In my estimate, I have assumed that oil revenues will initialy only be enough to cover admin and overheads but not be sufficient for development costs. I also believe its never a good idea to only decide to raise money when there is none left so most companies usually initiate a capital raising before cash levels run too low. Time will tell.
