Huh, well I wasn't expecting that. From my limited knowledge, this could be a good thing because they can get additional funding without nagging us too much.
On the flip side - I don't know what happens here, but does the TSX listing mean a certain proportion of the company has to be "given" to Canada? I'm assuming you need a company setup in CA to be listed on their stock exchange?
Anyone been through this before?
