Still not enough cash to drill a horizontal........if they had more offers for investment on the table they would have taken them.....so sticking up your hand for money offering a 19% discount to close and throwing in free 1:3 options and all you can raise from outside investors is $1.5mm , I don't care which way you spin it Dis - that ain't pretty.
